Tried the Waver Vibration Plate at my sisters and loved it, so bought one and have just tried it. Plan to use for workouts daily.

I just received my waiver vibration plate and I really like these vibration plates. I put this one in the room with the TV so that I could stand on it and get rid of some of my arthritis and lymph drainage issues. I also have the larger vibration plate in the basement with my exercise stuff so I like them enough that I’ve got two! Plus some of the red light therapy products that LifePro has. They have good products and they seem to work really well and I love the life time warrenty.

So far so good

Day 1 is a success. As a senior with balance issues and autoimmune related issues I wasn’t sure I’d be able to use this. I was pleasantly surprised that although I’m starting slow and steady, I am able to do it and it actually feels better than I expected. I’m looking forward to using it and getting better.
