I’ve gone through 5 vibration plates to find just the right one. I tried the ones with curved sides, smaller and larger ones. This one has the same amount of vibration as the curved one but it’s more comfortable in the stance and on bare feet. It doesn’t tip when stepping on and off and it’s easy to use the remote. The resistance bands are a little too long for me but my husband says he will figure out how to shorten them. Other than that I love it and use it daily.

I just received this July 6, 2025, and have used it several times and I can say it makes my legs and the neuropathy in my feet feel much better. As I said have only had it a short time and hoping it will continue to improve my circulation in the future. Fingers are crossed !!
