I am obsessed with my vibration plate from LifePro. Just a few minutes on this thing and you can feel your muscles firing in ways they normally wouldn’t. It’s amazing for activating your core, improving circulation, and even helping with recovery after workouts. Super easy to use, compact enough to keep at home, and surprisingly powerful. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an efficient, low-impact way to get their body moving and energized.

I like it. There is a popping sound on the left on the top that doesn't sound right and gets to knocking at times. Sounds like it might be cracked underneath the rubber mat but know way of being able to see.
