Just started using and finding it to be easy to put in the day, 15 min at home is easy to find time. Am doing some of the stretching/holds. Squats currently with medium foot position. I’m just notice subtle improvements in movement, pain, sleep, and unwanted muscle tensions in 3 days of use

Just received and 1st time use

I went with a seated 15 minute Beginner level Speed 1 for the first try of my new Waver. I must say my legs feel great. I’m looking forward to progressing with the workouts but for the first try it felt good for this healthy 68 year old senior.
