I literally received my Waver Vibration Plate right before leaving for vacation. I opened the carton & there doesn’t appear to be any physical damage but will have to wait until I return from my trip to try it out as batteries weren’t included. I’ll give it a 5 for heft & a quality appearance minus 1 for not having batteries & would be happy to review it after returning home. This review step is part of the warranty registration process which is supposed to be completed within 10 days of receiving the product .

I’ve only done 2 15 minute manual programs. I’ve been permanently disabled for 22 years due to a broken back. My Doctor believes this will help with severe chronic pain and build strength around my left leg which has no feeling. I’m starting in a chair for obvious reasons.

we just started using and after the first day we both slept great that night, the only thing we did different was the vibration platform so it must have been it. ha We're looking forward to using it more.

This vibration plate helps me get some movement when I am not able to otherwise due to my health. The lowest setting is gentle enough for me.
