I just received my waver I can’t wait to get started. Instructions are very easy to follow. I’m going to start at slow and work my way with a higher intensity workout. my main goal is bone density buildup.

I just received my Waver Vibration Plate today so I haven’t gotten to use it yet, but I have unboxed it and it is larger and more substantial than I expected! I sat on a chair with my feet in the center of the plate on speed 1 for 15 minutes and it felt great. I think I’m going to love this machine. I have terrible restless legs and I feel like this will help my legs relax before bed.
