Great addition to our home gym

Waver vibration plate

I just received my waver vibration plate a few weeks ago. I have used almost every day. So far, I haven’t seen any results as far as reduced cellulite or fat loss. However, I know these type of results take time and consistency. I do feel like it works your muscles as I have noticed the soreness in my abdomen.

I love my Waver. I have been unable to exercise due to my right leg was ran over by a 12 passenger van. But God. I want walk and use my legs but with some limitations. With the waver I have get some workouts in. Thank you so much.
