I use this 3-4 times a week. I use the pre-programmed setting. I move my feet into different stances for different benefits.
My husband uses it sometimes but likes to sit to use it. He is big and tall and weighs too much to use it standing.

I have to use this seated--poor balance. I combine the wave plate with a seated lymphatic routine and I have noticed a difference even while using it in this way
