Good but...

I use the platform for strength and stability training. But I really want more information on the different setting/programs. The platform markets lymphatic drainage, but there is nothing in the user manual on what the optimal setting might be. I would just love more information to utilize a great product to it's full potential

Vest thing I bought easy to use and so many exercises you can do on this plate. Makes you feel so good after using. 15 minutes wide feet running love that part ❤️❤️

Just used it for the first time on low setting for 15 minutes and am totally impressed. About 5 minutes in, I suddenly felt tension release and could immediately breathe deeper. I didn't do anything but stand there with my feet spread apart and breathe. I did bend my legs some, carefully. I'm 76, and my balance is non existent, but surprisingly, I was able to balance. I positioned the Waver close to the wall to be able to stabilize myself if needed. I will be using it daily from now on. I'm hoping it improves my circulation and lymphatic fluid deposits so my feet swelling will stop. I can't take a picture of me on the machine that would show the work.

I had gotten my lifepro waver couldn't wait to open it. I have tried it for 15 min so far. I really like it. Couldn't believe how quick it arrived. I got the purple love the color ?. Got a welcome email seems to have great support.

Great product with a lifetime warranty

We purchased the Lifepro to have another tool for our entire family in lymphatic drainage. My five kids love to use it after a long day or after school. I enjoy using it post-workout.
