My family and I just unboxed our Waver. We have all taken a turn and all had different experiences. I felt it in my legs and my ears drained. My husband said he felt it in his back and his nose started to run. My daughter said it gave her energy, but she is 17. She already has more energy than we have at 56. Our grandson is 4 and I could see him engaging his core to secure his balance. We can’t wait to explore all the different options we have with this fitness tool.

Been using vibration plate daily for circulation and lymphatic drainage. It helped after some muscle soreness from Pilates too. Definitely recommend.
