I got the Pink Lifepro Waver Vibration plate. This is my 2nd one. My son “borrowed” my 1st one. Nothing like Prime Day to get a new one. And just like the 1st, I love it.

Relaxing!

I exercise daily (cardio, HIIT, weight lifting) so I don’t find the vibration plate to feel like a workout for me but I do feel like it relaxes and calms me. I look forward to unwinding at the end of my day by spending 30 minutes on this plate. Makes for much better sleep too!
