Trying this new vibration plate, it is good quality, love how quiet this machine is. Works great and can’t wait to add this to my (feel better me) journey. It is definitely a good workout and I am sure has fantastic long term effects.

I just received it yesterday and tried it and it really felt great! Love the idea that the plate has walking jogging and running. Not very familiar yet with the program mode but I will learn. It’s an amazing plate! Everything comes well packed!

Very impressed with quality and ease of use. We had a less expensive plate originally from a different company that we returned. We have already told family and friends that lifepro is the way to go.
