This is my first time using this vibration plate. As a massage Therapist I know all about inflammation, swelling, lymphatic drainage, pain and relaxation. So am very happy to give this a try and see for myself all the benefit of a vibration plate. Am a big advocate of letting your body heal itself with tools and practices like yoga, massage and exercise. I Think this is a very good added tools for self care.

Looking Forward

As someone with limited mobility I was concerned with how well this was going to work. I did my research for my personal needs and it led me to Lifepro. In all honesty, I received the vibration plate 3 days ago. I have used it for 3 days, and I can tell you I thoroughly look forward to using this daily instead of dreading my daily exercise as before. I started slowly, and I look forward to positive results.

It was easy to unbox and get started with. I appreciate the "Your Getting Started Guide." It's a valuable resource. Only used it once today (sitting as recommended) thus far, and I can see how this will challenge me going forward, which is a good thing. I'll give a better opinion on the product after a number of months of use and progress. Looking forward to using the Waver Vibration Plate more.

I love how well made it is. Portable easily to store. Love the suction cups on the bottom of the platform to hold it in place. Love how much better you feel after using it. Looking forward to the benefits on me and my husband wellness journey using this product.
