It’s helping with my swelling and giving me improved strength in less than a week. I have to keep it at mid levels to prevent irritation for my weak knee and keep legs bent and leaning forward a bit to prevent neck pain. I actually work up a bit of a sweat.

Highly recommend. Easy to set up and use. My 5 year old grandson uses it with ease. It’s well made and wider than most. Has three different levels of vibration depending on where you stand. There are four of us, ages 4-65 and all of us love this machine!

Waver vibration plate for someone with hEDS

After less than a week I feel stronger. At higher speeds it irritates my weak knee. I’ve had subluxed, with micro tears, & continual swelling, from injuring it 1 year ago, (still recovering due to hEDS). But if I use in mid speeds my knee started feeling stronger. Also it recommends slightly bending knees and leaning forward a bit to prevent pain in the neck. I have TMJD from hEDS, & at first I didn’t do this consistently, so my neck was sore afterward. But now I do it and keep it at the mid speeds and have no issues. I actually work up a sweat & feel stronger, which is incredible for me. I have difficulty walking long distances, let alone running like I used to, or doing main stream exercises because of my health, but this gives me hope. Even my husband who is very strong, walks on average 15,000-20,000 steps a day and regularly strength trains worked up a sweat, that was surprisingly impressive for me.

So far so good! I bought this for lymph drainage issues in my legs. Legs feel lighter already and overall I feel better.

Love this vibration plate. I’m 66, daughter is 36, grandchildren are 4 and 5. We all use it. Very easy to use and set up. Love the width and strength of the vibration. Seems high quality!!!
