I’ve only had it a few days but here is my initial opinion. Easy set up right out of the box. Quiet while running so you can watch tv or hold a conversation. I can feel the “workout” in my calves after just a few minutes. Excited to try other exercises with it to give my whole body a good workout.

Just got the vibration plate and only used once to test it out. Everything worked right out of the box. Wish cord was a little longer, otherwise seems promising so far.

I’m only giving a four at the moment because I haven’t used it much yet due to not being in town much since I got here. However, I am very stoked about the walking, jogging running aspects of it and the mini program options. I’m excited to find something like this at this price as it will help the longevity in my body and the healing, rehab, lymphatic flow aspect of what I’m working on. It’s heavy, but not too heavy perfect size for at home. I can still move it around my house. The one thing I’m not a fan of is the plastic quality it still looks sturdy but as soon as you take it out of the bag, if fumes very strong I’m sure that will subside eventually release. I’m hoping it will aside from that. I’m very excited for this product and the price I got it for. I use with shoes and w/o
