Only day 2. Quiet and easy to use. Hoping to see results as far as inflammation and pain relief and would LOVE to lose weight as I increase intensity.

What knee pain?

I like the speed options, vibration style if that makes sense and the size of the platform allows me to do sumo/goblet squats. First plate, I've been doing 15 min a day and I feel really really good.

Makes my body feel ‘fresh’!

I feel like this shape plate actually just makes me feel better in any situation… Not just burning calories and all the other health benefits. If I don’t feel good or if I have a headache or something like that… I know that my shake plate will make me feel better… Always! I absolutely cannot live without this!

I’ve read about all of the health benefits, and I’ve been wanting one of these for years. Finally, I got it and while I’m still new at this, I will say it’s a lot of fun and my body seems to like it.

Great Buy!

I got this vibration plate, following a stent with the physical therapist for the recovery of my knee after surgery. The physical therapist suggested I continue with a vibration plate at home since I had used one in his office and I asked for a recommendation and he sent me a link to this product. It seems quite powerful and I've had no problems with it. I've had it for almost a year now. Haven't been consistent with it, but plan to start now.
