I bought this because I am premenopausal and it is absolutely amazing. I use it evertpy day in the morning and I feel great for the whole day. I have been telling my friends and family they need to buy one. Great, great, great product! Highly recommend!

The remote battery compartment is 100% completely frozen stuck- can't open it. Am hoping the company will send a new remote-- the online 'help' advised I contact customer service. Also, the device's lowest setting is not gentle -- its too intense a vibration. Am hoping the return process is not problematic.
