Fun & creative way to jiggle my way to recovery of no kneecaps for 50 yeas. This plus cupping is the first time in years I do not have full leg edema which clogs the knees even more.

In my 3rd week and seeing some results. Only one complaint. Plug has shirt in it and has to be wiggled for it to work.

I'm in my 3rd week with my waver and I'm gradually feeling stronger. I only have one complaint. The cord that connects to the plate in back, has a short in it. I have to wiggle it sometimes.

So far haven’t used it but one time. However my legs are a little sore like I have ran for 15 minutes. Can’t wait to see and feel the difference

I bought the Waver Vibration Plate for my husband and I to use with our chiropractic wellness program. I am 62 and will use the waver to maintain and build strong bones. Looking forward to all of the all of the other benefits too!
