I use it in a seated position, when I stood I did not realize how much vibration would be felt in my head.

I’ve only had it for a day but it was easy to set up, good accessories that came with and the user manual has good startup routine examples.

Just received it, so can’t really leave a review at this point. Seems very well made, and easy to use. Can’t wait to see the results from using this in my exercise program.
