Beneficial tool in my exercise routine

I’ve had my LifePro vibration plate for a few months now and am very pleased with it. While opinions are mixed on the exact health benefits of vibration plates, I figure it certainly can’t hurt-and if there are positive effects, then that’s a win. It’s incredibly easy to hop on for a few minutes once or twice a day a few times a week. At the very least, I feel it helps improve circulation, and the convenience makes it easy to stick with.

A new start.

This is a solid stable platform with lots of room for positioning my feet. A great investment to help strengthen and train my muscles. My knee felt better after the first 2 sessions; not so tight and stiff. I strongly feel a better mind and body connection. It's a great boost of energy any time of the day! Beneficial in so many ways! Nothing else I have can do what this does. I am very pleased.

Just got the product. Today is my first time using the product & so far so good! I’m a pre-K teacher, I also teach after school tutoring, I’m taking online classes, & my son is about to be deployed. To say I’m busy & stressed is an understatement. I’m excited to get this to help manage my stress levels.
