Good vibrations!

Looking forward to the benefits of using my new Lifepro Waver vibration plate. The unit is solid and was well packed. The science behind this piece of equipment and using vibration is very interesting. I plan to use it daily along with my other training and feel very confident that it will help me improve my health. Thank You!

I feel the itch and burn when doing the programmed settings! Looking forward to doing it for a month consistently and hopefully see a difference!
