Just getting started, already feel a positive difference in the pain in my legs and arms at night from lymphatic fluid congestion. I'm using the plate set at 65 for 15 minutes in the morning and then before bed.

As a cancer survivor I needed a way to get my lymphatic drainage in while working or watching tv so that I can habit stack and I love it!
