I am so grateful for your lifetime guarantee. I use my waver daily for back and spine pain. After waiting just a few days for the replacement after my original plate stopped working, I stepped onto the new one and felt immediate relief and decompression began. Nice product but had some speedbumps

The vibration plate works great, but the rubber grip mat was peeled off. I had to send back and they repaired it but it was still a little loose. Still works though.

I have been using this machine everyday since I got it back in early January and it has become part of my daily morning routine. There are only a hand full of days that I have not used it, and miss it when it’s been longer than a few days.
