I love my vibration plate. I used to use one at the gym no longer have my gym membership. This allows me to do it in my home relaxes me after a long day at work so far I’m on level six.

I've only had it for a few weeks and use it, on average, every other day. It takes some getting used to, but I think it'll be great!
