I’ve used my life pro vibration plate for a week and I love it! The swelling in my hands and feet are less when I wake up in the morning. Hopefully more good results soon.

I've been using this for only a few weeks now, but the difference in how I feel is amazing.
Sometimes I just stand and let myself relax, other times I will incorporate various movement exercises such as steps, walking in place, arm movements, etc...
I'm seriously considering getting an Infinity H o o p to combine the effects.
If you're on the fence about buying a lifepro vibration plate, just do it. Buy it! You won't regret it.

Just got my Waver yesterday, already noticing improvement in neuropathy in feet which is caused by bad circulation in my legs. Power cord does not stay connected very well tho
