This was easy to get started. Remove it from the box, read the directions, plug it in, and start. I was surprised at the amount of vibration that it provided, and that was with the beginner setting. I just received this and have only been on it twice, but my initial thoughts are all positive.

I just started using it. It is easy to set up and use. I bought it for muscle recovery and lymphatic drainage and hoping it works for that.
