Waver Vibration Plate is a wonderful product to own. I already own 3 other models of Lifepro Vibration Plates. The Waver Vibration Plate offers a unique, and more coarse vibration stroke, for stimulating joints and muscles in a different way. A great product to invest in. You cannot go wrong buying one.

Shaking is real! Make sure those knees are bent. Be mindful of your posture. I love this thing and when it’s for your health, you can’t go wrong. Losing inflammation while getting fascia in check. Bonus…got it in my favorite color, purple! I’ve lived with chronic pain for over 20 years. The last 7 of those years I have taken control over my health & manageability. There are so many ways to allow this Vibration plate to work for you.
