The vibration plate has already helped with strengthening my leg muscles just by sitting at it. Will gradually start to stand on it, as I feel stronger.

Chronic pain relief

So my mother bought one of these and I got to try it out and I immediately bought one for myself after. I suffer from undiagnosed chronic pain and this device makes me feel lighter and like I just got a full body massage after. I would of gave a 5 star but the one I received I'm not sure if something is wrong with it cuz there's a slight thud sound that I didn't notice with my mothers. I'll have to look into it more and reach out.
