I am just starting out on this machine but I like it. One thing, is it okay to use it if I have a knee replacement?

I was given this machine as a gift. I just read the manual, and I will plug up the machine start to use it. I have no experience with it yet. I’m a senior hoping to increase energy, strength and flexibility. We shall see! ?

I just received as a present from a friend that has one and swears by it. I am excited to get started. I will report back after I have used it for a bit.
