I like that when I am tired, I could just hop on this and let the vibration plate do all the work for me. Makes me feel healthier, and it really does make me fitter, healthier, more energized.

Just received our machine today. We are so excited to get started. We used our daughter’s machine and like it enough to purchase our own machine.

Out the box worked my legs in seated position. Feels like I walked on treadmill. Excited to use it fully

I’ve only tried it once I’m impressed with the quality of the product. I did squats to try it out today and I liked the intensity of using all the leg and core to stay stable .
