I wasn’t sure which vibration plate to buy because there were so many different options. I’m so happy I chose lifepro! This vibration plate is superior in quality and value. Would highly recommend.

This vibration plate works well. It is quiet. Gives you a good workout with several different settings. I love the fact that it came with bands. You can get an arm workout in while using your vibration plate.
