This vibration plate is amazing. It helps me sleep and it helps me with my leg circulation and my restless leg syndrome. I am just starting the exercise part and I’m sure I will love that too.

My review is based on a single, first- time use of the WVP. Trying for the first time was fun and I could feel very many muscles becoming engaged while on the WVP and while increasing the intensity.
Since I'm only going off of initial use/ the first time try, I can't give it more than 3 stars. I'm looking forward to discovering if it's really 4 or 5 in the future. I expect to have a lot of fun while improving my health and wellness.

I've been using a commercial brand vibration plate twice weekly and am excited to be receiving my own home version. So far the vibration plate has helped with my lower back pain.
