i feel like this is the beginning to great health start for me. i love this machine and im glad i purchased it. i like how it gives you a beginners start and you have something to build too. The videos and instruction manual are such a big help for someone just starting.

I have a friend who's DEXA numbers recently increased with consistent use of her Waver Vibration Plate, so I had to get it! I received my plate late yesterday. Today is my first day of use and I'm hopeful for the same results in time.

I haven't had it very long; however, I have enjoyed it. The workout intensities are perfect. One that that impressed me the most was the information material that comes with the Waver. Read it! It's great information. I'm going to take their recommendation and start out at P0 and work my way up. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great workout.
