Love mine!!! I have trouble with my knees and after 5 days they feel better i can bend better and feel better thats the main reason for getting this plate. It was recommended by a friend and she has hers for 4 years. My husband is using it as well for his hip and so far he is says its good.

I am new at this. I had a heart transplant 1 year and 1 month ago. I am taking it slow as my balance is still not good. I look forward to this helping me with my balance

I'm still researching it. I hope to access videos, as I don't like looking at the brochure or manual to see what exercises I need to do. Also, I'm wondering if the shaking really makes a difference with stretches.

This is a high quality item. Its heavy and well made. It makes excercise fast and easy. I had a very sore knee due to a fall. Beginner workouts for short stints got my knee feeling better in days, after nearly a month of pain and limping.
