Just tried a 15 minute program for the first time on my waver . I did it after going for a Pilates workout. I felt really good and I think it would help in muscle recovery and reducing soreness after the workout that I did.
So far so good. Started according to instructions at beginner level, I was able to do the warm up, lower body, upper body and core. I also added some squats and one leg knee raises (just to test my strength and balance as a starting point). I am looking forward to using the Waver Vibration Plate machine again tomorrow. Excited to get started with the free library of workouts ?
