I used a vibration plate at the gym and loved it. Since I moved, the gym didn't have one and I always wanted one of my own. This is simple, easy to use, and quiet. Very satisfied

I love this Lifepro vibrating board!! It has helped me so much with circulation, muscle development, and even balance!! I am 74 years old and have had several surgeries in the past few years, so when I saw the Lifepor vibrating board and all that you could experience from it, I ordered one. I have not regretted it at all. Plus, other people I know either said, "Oh I have one, aren't they great?!" Others have asked where I got it. Thank you and I will still recommend people to get one!

I just got my vibration plate. I was nervous as the box had been damaged then taped; but everything was fine due to the Styrofoam packing. Everything worked). The box is quite heavy, but I managed to get it inside and unboxed. It works as advertised, I will see how it goes! I'm starting slow and will increase and experiment with all programs. Great info included with an exercise chart too! haven't used it enough for 5 stars but definitely 4+ at first sight!

New to this totally. Needed help with osteoporosis. Not good at exercise, other walking and outdoor maintenance. SO-o-o! learned of this, worth a try. Easy to do and follow instructions. Relaxes body.
