I notice I sleep a lot better after using this machine. I started using these products with red light therapy and noticed I lost 10lbs with both. I like to use this machine on my arms as well to help build muscle.

Haven’t had it for long so can’t attest to any supposed weight loss or muscle growth, but the lymphatic drainage is definitely real and amazing!

I just bought this waver today and everyone in my house tried it. The motor is quiet & it does give you a workout within 10 min. satisfied with the product so far. Haven't used it long enough to give it a 5 star rating.

I just received my waver today. My main reason for purchase is because I sit all day at my desk job which causes swelling in my lower legs and lots of discomfort in my lower back and hips. I used it for the first time for about 5 minutes on the lowest setting (I have never used one of these before). I could feel my muscles start to relax after about a minute. I sat down for the first try as recommended by the beginners guide. I went to stand up, which for me is usually quite the stiff adventure. I was able to stand up without my hips screaming at me and that was after only 5 minutes of using the waver! I'm looking forward to using this daily.
