have only used my Waver a few time, but so far am loving it. Great way to improve balance and time goes by quickly while I complete upper body weights, squats and PT exercises while shaking away. Bought it bcz I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. Hopefully it will help that.

5 minutes total experience as I write this review. Unboxing was easy. Well packaged and protected. Setup was easy. Plug into wall, turn on two switches. Works as advertised. Good instruction book. Did not come with AAA batteries needed for remote.

It's hard to review something after you just get it set up and are trying to learn about it. I came here because the manual says it's where the training videos are located.
