Purchase to help avoid Lymphedema and to improve bone and balance. I've seen an improvement in balance, and in conjunction with low impact exercise for osteoperosis, believe it has helped improve pain around surgical site. My surgeon had suggested I go to PT for massage therapy but I chose to give the board a try, and I'm glad I did. Hopefully more benefits to come.
