I recently purchased the waver and used it a few times. I have done squats on a low setting starting with 2 minutes and have worked my way up to 5 minutes. I feel my legs are tired and I have better sleep. I look forward to working on other exercises on the waver plate and then end with a massage on my calves.
I bought the waver because I like trying different physical activities. I guess I’m a fitness junky of sorts. So far I find the waver fun, interesting, and a bit confusing. I follow the work out on page 16-17 in the manual but want to build in more creativity. I can’t figure out how to do that.
