I bought the waver because I like trying different physical activities. I guess I’m a fitness junky of sorts. So far I find the waver fun, interesting, and a bit confusing. I follow the work out on page 16-17 in the manual but want to build in more creativity. I can’t figure out how to do that.
I have chronic pain and so far it feels really good and has been distracting. I have herniated discs on eve dry level but I find that this is gentle enough to where I’m not hurting from using it. Can’t wait to keep using it!
