My wife and I used this for about an hour, trying different exercises, positions, and speeds. Not a real work, but we became extremely familiar with the machine. First, the design and build quality are excellent. The controls are easy to learn. The machine is easy for a beginner, but can easily be increased for a decent workout. Fantastic addition to our home gym.

This has been a very nice product to help take the ache out of my lymphatic leg from my cancer surgery. I use pumps as well, but that doesn't always help the pain. I use this on low setting and it works for me.

Just received today. Have tried just sitting with my feet on the platform a could really feel the vibration. I also did the P0 standing and could really feel in my hips. My husband is now trying doing the same two activities. I am going to be pretty cautious as my balance is not where I want it to be.

Love IT - New To Vibration Plates

I am new to using vibration plates, and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE IT! Changes are subtle, however I am so in tuned with my body that I can tell big things are coming. I purchased the waver, based on my budget, and you would never know it was an "affordable" option, as it is VERY solid and sturdy. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to get in to using vibration plates without a huge financial commitment.
