It has three exercise mode choices which is great. It motivates me to vary my exercises so much so that i am looking forward to achieving the goals that i want, quickly....hopefully.

Just opened my box today! I’m so excited to get started with LifePro on my new health journey! Reading user manual and so far I’m impressed with the users friendly instructions, exercise tips, exercise benefits and much more…the manual has everything you need to get started! Stayed tuned there is more to come!
