Vibration Plates Are For Real

I have some pretty serious neuropathy and lymphatic drainage issues in my left leg as a result of 3 Knee surgeries and a Total Knee Replacement. The pain wakes me up virtually every night, so I climb on the Waver, put on music or an audiobook and 15 min later, I can go back to sleep. It also is unsurpassed in 'shaking out' leg cramps. 5 minutes and even the worst ones are completely gone.
Recently, my PCP asked me if I had heard of vibration plates. I told her I had been using one for over a year, and was very pleased with the results and the Lifepro company. She was surprised as she had only recently become aware of them and convinced of their value. She also said that at the end of one of her work days, 15 minutes on the Waver is a Godsend for her feet and legs.

I bought a waver vibration plate for myself in January 2025, my son loved it so much I bought him one as a gift February 17, 2025. He's loving it as well.

I have a friend that purchased an vibration plate I would use it when I visit her, it was worth me entertaining getting one. I just received my Vibration plate, once I use it I will give my feedback.
