Having voice command capabilities is so awesome. It makes it so easy to use. This vibration plate is small in size but big on workmanship. The addition of a watch type bracelet with controls is also a nice touch. Very pleasantly satisfied with my purchase.

I've only used it a couple days now, but I love the voice activation feature! And on only a power 4 level, while standing on it, the vibration is felt from my toes to top of my head. : )

Five stars because I'm new to this after trying a different vibration plate at an event. I was hoping this would be lighter weight, smaller, and quieter. It is all of it. Less sound than our air purifier. Was concerned about noise in my second floor apartment. Not a problem. Used the wristband remote control and voice command. Excellent and convenient. The 3-minute program shook me up quite a bit so for now I'm just going to follow the quick start guide slow and easy suggestions to allow myself time to get use to the vibration. It appears to be working as expected.
