Wake Me Up Before (I) Go Go!

A 3-minute workout is a great way to wake up before you start the day. Gets your circulation moving and sends some blood to your brain. A 10-minute weight-loss workout is considerably more difficult. I gave it 4 stars because the voice activates at random times, so once you're done, you have to turn the actual rocker switch off.

Received the Vibration Plate for Christmas and finally opened and tried it. Love the voice activation and love how many options are offered. Hoping to be on a path to a healthier year and this may be the start I needed.
