It massages your foot, ankles and calves. It's good for pain, blood circulation. It improves tightness if muscles - it loosens it. It decrease stress.

I do have Type 2 Diabetic Neuropathy in my feet and I look forward to improving my symptoms over time! My feet feel refreshed after just one treatment so I am looking forward to tomorrow for another treatment for myself!
