Great for stabilization strengthening

I love doing planks and bridges on it. It's been great for strengthening around a meniscus tear and lymph/ swelling drainage

I just finished using my new vibration plate for the first time. Immediately I noticed that this machine makes no noise. It also is up off of the ground to where it doesn’t feel like it’s vibrating the floor when I use it. Beginners can choose from different program modes, I started out (P1-P2) but has medium and high settings if you are feeling more confident. I found it easy to balance on without any support. I’m looking forward to using this every day as part of my workout routine.
