Very heavy, but once I got it set up it was easy to use. I use it daily. I have MS and some days it is hard to stand and I sit in a chair and enjoy.

I u I used this vibration plate every day while visiting my sister and her family this past week, and I noticed immediate results. My digestive system seemed to wake up, the inflammation after my flight went down, and I felt less puffy overall, even after just a 15-minute session.
I knew right away I needed one in my own home for daily use. I’m excited to see even more benefits with longer-term use. I fly often, and this will definitely be one of the first things I use when I get home from a flight. My joints already feel so much better!

Just received. Unboxed and did my first preprogrammed session. I have to say I hope it helps me. Realized my balance is off because of GBS several years ago so I have to really focus while in the plate. Relearning my core which I realize is critical.

This plate works me out like a personal trainer. I do it while working, washing dishes and watching tv. It requires little to no effort, I will never go back to a gym!

Used 6 days straight so far - started 2x a day but had insomnia first 2 nights, now use in a.m. Am 58 and battling cortisol issues. Felt such a calm already soon after use but then anxiety set in after a day (just like when I start working out). On beginner program and hoping it can help with lymph drainage which perhaps is making me "stuck". I do feel different (in a good way), can't explain, giving it time "to work". I feel more grounded (balanced), feel like energy wants to kick in but is competing with the anxiety. I also felt "dizziness/cotton" in my head for a good chunk of each day, but I think that's subsiding too - I'm sure my body is adjusting. So far so good. Product is sturdy.
