A pleasant surprise

After reading booklet, proper set-up, turned machine on.
Was pleasantly surprised and haven’t stopped using it. First time ever, I was able to stick 100% with an exercise faithfully doing it two times a day
I would recommend this to anyone and everyone that has a need or any health concern.
