I haven't been working out like I should for a couple of years now. I think we all know we can feel better if we take a bit of time to do that, but we don't do it. I bought the Vibration Plate to do some research for a course I am developing. Those with decreased mobility and movement could use this vibration plate to help them regain ease of purposeful movement. I am starting out just standing on it without doing exercises. I think that it has already improved my blood pressure in just 2 days. If you are on the fence about getting one for you or your loved ones, just go ahead and do it, with a doctor's approval, of course, if you have health issues.

I just received this so have not used it for very long, just kind of tested it out. I work from home and tend to not move around a lot so really hoping that this will help me through the day when I sit and stand at my desk. So far I am impressed with the power and how quiet it is. Really looking forward to see how this goes over time!

Have not been using very long but find that it has helped my husband with stability/balance after major brain surgery. Seems to also have more energy. I find it relaxing. I do a number of arm exercised to make the time go by and am getting tined there. Appreciate the lymphatic drainage.

I have RA and by using this product it keeps me mobile. No gym! It is a plus using it at home. My daughter bought it for me as a surprise!!

Feels amazing. First 10 min on low setting had me feeling refreshed and lready for the day. Can't wait till I go thru the different modes and incorporating squats, etc.
